Our Friesian Herd

Ko Phi Phi Lee FFF

Sired by one of our favorite stallions, Felle Sport 422, Phi Phi is one of the kindest mares in the barn. Felle 422 is known for his superb quality baroque offspring. He has an exceptional pedigree with a motherline that also sports a grandmother that is STER, a great grandmother that is STER, and a great great grandmother that is STER...it's in the genes. Felle 422 has already produced two approved sons (Wolfert 467 and Alwin 469) and many model and crown daughters.

Phi Phi's dams’ sire, Nanno 372, is known for his short back and compact body. Nanno 372, a beautiful stallion out of Djurre, has a baroque stature and strong gates, receiving very good scores for his trot. Nanno 372 is no longer actively breeding making his offspring highly sought after.

Not only does Phi Phi come from an excellent bloodline but even at a young age, she shows great potential. Her gaits are smooth and floaty, befitting of her baroque stature at 16.1 hands tall. Phi Phi has excellent conformation and resembles the classic Friesian breed as more baroque and fitted for knights in the battlefields. Don't let her baroque stature fool you, however, she has an amazing trot, as if she were walking on clouds and an uphill rhythmic canter. We are so excited to see this lovely mare make her mark on the Friesian breed.

Tahiti FFF

Hailing from a long line of amazing stallions including Epke 474 Sport Elite, Lolks 371, and Jasper 366 Sport Elite Pref, Tahiti  embodies the elegant lines, subtle upright gaits, and luscious locks the Friesian breed is known for.

Tahiti's Dam is STER AA with 10 points in 2nd  level dressage, with a STER great dam, a STER great great Dam, AND a Gr Gr Gr Dam graded STER Pref. Her impeccable pedigree led her to great successes in the show ring as well scoring high points in L1 Dressage. Unfortunately her show ring was cut short due to the international pandemic.

This seemingly unfortunate event was a blessing for Five Filly Farm, as we were able to acquire such an amazing addition to our Friesian herd.

Not only does Tahiti come from an excellent bloodline but she is a naturally gifted and talented mare with a jet black coat and hair for days. Qualities she has already proven to pass on to her offspring.  Her gaits are rhythmic and full of spring, a true joy to ride. Tahiti has excellent movement and embodies the highly sought after "sport type" Friesian.

Five Filly Farm is excited to carefully select an all-star match up for Tahiti in our next breeding season.

Our Knabstrupper Herd

Tipani FFF

Tippani (Tip) is our newest addition to the Five Filly herd. Bloodlines include some of the most legendary

warmbloods on the World Stage, Gaudi, Totalis, Gribaldi, DeNiro, Rousseau, Ferro AND Jazz.

Tip's sire, Gaudi is the first and only Totalis offspring standing in the USA. His dam is the elite preferent

presentation mare Annabel Pestatie by DeNiro. She has produced several licensed KWPN stallions and leads the KWPN index for dressage mares. She has produced top sport and keuring horses.

On her Dam's side, Tip descends from Rousseau, Ferro and KWPN foundation stallion Jazz. Rousseau is the sire of three successive KWPN champion stallions. He is known for being one of the top stallions for producing rideable offspring with easy and kind temperaments. In 2007, he had the highest dressage index of any KWPN stallion on a score of 181. He is a tall, large-framed stallion with plenty of bone and a strong shoulder, with a well-connected topline.

Tip has inherited all of the best qualities of her rockstar pedigree. She is just stunning in the riding ring, with impeccable confirmation and uphill gaits, combining the presence and athletic ability of all these top performers.

Five Filly Farm plans to breed Tip with our KNN registered Knabstrupper stallion, Archetypic to bring these amazing qualities to the breed and the show ring.
